Attorney Nasser Hashem pleaded in the case of theft of checks, which has been reserved for the verdict on 5/3/2015. The case that occupied public opinion in Dubai was between two brothers of the largest Indian businessmen in Dubai and the owners of the largest trade in tires and batteries, and the issuance of checks amounting to 200 million dirhams. Appeal of this verdict due to the lack of causation, corruption in reasoning, and error in applying the law, which the Court of Appeal was certain of, and hastened to withhold the appeal of the verdict and release all the accused.
